Beyoncé is a singer-songwriter from Houston, Texas, who first gained attention as the lead singer for Destiny's Child in the late 1990s. She became a solo artist and released her debut album Dangerously in Love in 2003, earning her five Grammy Awards. Lemonade is her sixth studio album and features co-production and vocals from a variety of artists such as Diplo, Ezra Koenig (Vampire Weekend), Jack White, James Blake, Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd.

Inspired by her husband, Jay Z's infidelity, Lemonade presents Beyoncé's most accomplished body of work to date. Everything about this release is impressive, from the songwriting, collaborations, and production, it's a record that will awe you throughout. The music is driven by a variety of beats from pop, electronica, PBR&B, reggae, country blues, rock, R&B, and hip-hop. It's extremely enjoyable and without a doubt one of the best albums of the year. Brilliant, powerful, unpredictable and miles ahead. Compared to her peers, she's on another level entirely. Lemonade firmly cements Beyoncé as one of the greatest female artists of all time. Standout tracks include "Don't Hurt Yourself (featuring Jack White),"6 Inch (featuring The Weeknd),"Daddy Lessons," Love Drought,"Freedom (featuring Kendrick Lamar)," and "All Night."
