Watch this New Mini-Feature on the Making of J Dilla's New Album, The Diary

19 May 2016

PayJay and Mass Appeal Records have just shared a brief J. Dilla documentary about the making of The Diary, the recently released 2002 solo album Dilla had envisioned as his proper debut as an MC, yielding the bulk of production work to his favorite engineers, spitting bars over beats by Nottz, Hi-Tek, Karriem Riggins, and more. This is a great insight into the greatness of J Dilla and why we all demand, even if you act like it's not at his command, that the whole world truly respect and Don the late great J Dilla as one of the best producers to ever walk this earth. Check out the video above.
